One of the warmest nights of the year and yet we still had over 75 people turn up to listen to the 4 speakers and do a spot of networking - we were very impressed by the commitment shown especially when the lure of barbeques and a couple of ice cold ones was very tempting!

Compensation Claims - Dave Orrey informed us about how you can claim a minimum of £5,000 compensation through cartel client review if you have a current or redeemed flawed/invalid finance contract (i.e. Mortgage, Secured Loans & Car Finance), huge numbers (millions) of these contracts issued mainly in the period 1990 - 2005 are either flawed, invalid or unenforceable . In addition to this, we heard how it is possible to get credit card balances legally written off (if taken prior to 01/04/07). STOP PRESS....the very first cartel claim was settled on 25th July (the litigation process takes up to 12 months), it was a mortgage express current contract and the solicitors got the lender to write off the current balance of £39,671. So not just a £5,000 claim but a £39,671 award!
